Dealer group OfficeSMART has launched a new specialist technology catalogue called E-Smart in collaboration with distributor Ingram Micro. E-Smart is the first OfficeSMART catalogue dedicated to IT-related products and includes products such as printers, PCs, laptops, PDAs, projectors and zip drives. Quarterly training programmes have been introduced to provide related sales and product training. OfficeSMART MD Laurie Coyle comments: “No dealership can afford to ignore the IT sector and for our part we’ve really thought about how we can supply our customers with the best possible service. With a £10 billion sales potential, this is definitely an area that all dealers should be taking seriously.
